By the way, what do you do about Horklumps in the carrots? Answer right or you'll get an owl full of irritated pixies.

About the Horklumps. If there are just a few of them, it should be enough to pull them up, as long as you get all the tentacles.

If it's a major infestation, you'll want to start with repellants or poisons, and then weed through to get the live ones out first; the things grow incredibly fast once they get going.

Oh, and mind you wear gloves if they are any size, those bristles can cut if they're big enough.
