Are you guys okay? I haven't been able to talk to anyone since we got back. Um... I haven't even had a chance to talk to Professor McGonagall. Or she hasn't had a chance to talk to me, or...

Okay, isn't it a little bit odd that this isn't all over the school? I know the Professors know about it, even though Professor McGonagall hasn't talked to me... because Professor Snape mentioned it. O.o

He... I don't want to make assumptions, but I think that was a compliment. I mean, it wasn't like he was nice, but it wasn't "You're going to be expelled for this, Longbottom!" either, so... I don't know what to think about that. Except I feel really pleased for some reason.

Anyway... do any of you know what's going on? Not that I want to get in trouble or anything, but normally, something like this would be all over the school right now. What's happened to stop the rumor mill?

You know, now that i've had time to think about it... Last night was kind of cool. I mean, I actully kicked arse.

I threw a Death Eater through a window! Me! I've never done anything like that before. I wouldn't have thought I could do anything like that. Wicked.

Warded to Students

Is duelling club happening tonight? I wouldn't think so, with so many people testing potions Why'd he have to pour it out in front of everyone? But I thought i'd better ask and be sure.

Aye, I believe the professors know. I expect to get called into Prof. Snape's office any minute and get verbally flayed but it hasn't happened. He didn't say much about my potions either; I don't know whether to be relieved or disappointed. and judging by your cheerful state, he didn't kill you when he asked you to stay back.

We weren't supposed to be in Kinbrace. I'm certainly not telling anyone else that we were there when it happened. For starters, I haven't told my parents and I'm not sure if the school is planning to write to them about this. If they're not, I don't want them to find out in a roundabout way. After what happened at the start of the term, they'll probably lock me up in a tower for the rest of my life.

I'm certainly glad I abandoned any childhood dreams of becoming an Auror now that I know how I react in a true emergency.

I'll sleeping in the infirmary tonight, tomorrow and day after as part of the potion testing group, in case anyone wonders why I'm not answering posts. In fact, I should collect my things and get ready for it now.

I really think the teachers and everybody want to keep this all really hush-hush. I have been given a summons to go see MacGonagall, though.... somehow I don't think she's going to congratulate me for anything.

But yeah, now that it's all over ... it was quite an adventure, wasn't it...? Not, of course, that I'd ever dream of trying it again.

Come to think of it ... seeing as how no-one else saw us in Kinbrace, and we haven't been publically disgraced yet, it would be interesting to listen in and find out how much everybody knows.... I mean to say, if anyone were to know about our part in the whole thing, it would be awfully suspicious, wouldn't it? Perhaps the teachers are trying to find out how much everyone else knows?
