Got woken up early in the morning with the news about Princess Diana. Uncle Algie had sent us an owl, since he knows we don't have a telly. I don't even know what to think; it doesn't seem possible, and Gran is had been crying, I think, before she got me up.

We went to Kensingston and left some flowers there. Weren't the only wizarding folk there, I think. Gran went around visiting some her friends and it was all they were talking about. Had to leave eventually, make sure I was all packed for school.

I... really don't know what to say.
