I'm studying Potions over the summer.
A black owl showed up with a letter from Professor Snape, and, well, after I stopped staring at it like it was going to biteWhy do I still react like this, it's not like he's trying to kill me or anything! Just humiliate me in front of the entire class... I have got to stop trying to understand why he acts the way he does, it's giving me a headache. How anyone can be such a jerk in class and then turn around and do something like this... I wonder is I should write back and tell him thanks? Probably get something really sacrcastic in reply, though.
He's assigning me Potions that have more to do with Herbology; which sounds like it'll work... but I am so not telling Gran why i'm doing this. Too much to hope she won't notice me working on Potions, but i'll say i'm going to study to be a Healer or something.
I still need to ask her about Seth's Gran, and the garden party! And Harry- there's got to be something I can send him to help with the boredom. I'll write and ask.
